Not only are the preparation tasks difficult and require a skillful worker, machining accuracy inspections and checks must be routinely performed once each fixture has been mounted before initiating the next machining process.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Baby Kangaroo System makes it easy for any worker to perform a highly-accurate set-up. The two-sided restraint clamping method employed by our system clamps the Baby Plate firmly while maintaining the repetitive positioning accuracy within 3 \u03bcm. A new product can be manufactured by simply adding the Baby Plate with a fixture for the new product while maintaining the Mother Base in the machining center. In addition, the Mother Base can also be dismounted for use on a different machining center.
